About Us
Devotion Property Management (DPM) was founded in February 2017. Having been a tenant for seven years prior to starting the business, Sharena was able to review the fundamental errors of previous Landlords and Property Management agents.
DPM aims to make renting transparent and remain people focused. We believe that it is important to create homes that we would live in.
Through thorough referencing, frequent property checks and regular communication with both Landlords and Tenants, we can ensure all matters are dealt with safely and in a timely manner.

I rented a room from Sharena and received exceptional service. She made me feel very welcome and I had no issues with the property. Simple payment via bank transfer and deposit through DPS made renting 100x easier than other high street letting agents. She was always avialable to contact if I had any questions. I stayed with Devotion Property Management for over a month in two different properties, and both were excellent. Sharena goes the extra mile to make her guests feel at home and is allways ready to help out with any issues. Both houses were clean, well equipped and had a very homey feel.
